We Celebrate Dyane & Carla's Long Service with JET PRESS

Between Dyane & Carla, they have achieved 55 years of service with JET PRESS. Dyane celebrates 30 years at JET PRESS and Carla has been with us for 25 years.

Three Decades in Finance

Dyane, our Finance & HR Assistant, joined the company in 1992 and recalls her duties; "My job involved assisting the Finance Director with the monthly accounting, which was completed using pen and paper! Over time I inherited the Purchase Ledger and also took on the responsibility of managing the Reception. Over the years, my work has evolved significantly including assisting the Finance Director with payroll and HR duties. The past 30 years have passed by so quickly.

At home, I enjoy spending a lot of time looking after my grandchildren and going on holidays in my caravan with my husband, family and friends. I also enjoy gardening and I am currently helping my husband build a bar in our garden. I hope to spend many more years working at JET PRESS."

Becoming Part of the JET PRESS Family

Carla, our Customer Service team leader, joined JET PRESS in August 1997 and remembers her early years, "I was young and newly engaged. Fast forward 25 years and I am happily married to Richard with two wonderful children, Ben now 20 and Georgia 17.

When I received the call in 1997 offering me the Customer Services Role at JET PRESS, I never would have imagined that 25 years later, I would be celebrating my long service. I see JET PRESS as more than simply a company; it's a family, and I can state with certainty that I have been fortunate enough to establish lifelong friendships.

My role over the years has always focused on UK customers. I have always been lucky enough to work with a great team of people who support each other in daily tasks and draw on each other’s knowledge.

I have to admit that some of my most memorable times at JET PRESS have involved our “Sports Days” in aid of Children in Need, who knew that so many of us would be good at the three-legged race! Also, at our works parties, there are definitely, too many good nights to mention.

Away from work, I enjoy a nice family holiday and meals out. I also enjoy watching a bit of football."


We all look forward to working with both Dyane and Carla for many more years to come!
