Welcoming Three New Faces to the JET PRESS Family!

This month we are delighted to welcome three new employees to our team! As we continue to grow, we recognise the vital role that fresh talent plays in our ongoing success.

Meet the New Team Members

Susan Cox – Purchasing & Demand Planning Manager

Susan comes to us with over 20 years of experience in purchasing. She has gained invaluable experience in the manufacturing, engineering and aerospace industries. Susan is experienced in managing both direct and indirect areas of spend, such as production materials, capital investments, property leasing, packaging, fleet, transport, HR services, Insurance and MRO.  

With a procurement and supply Degree and through her hard work and dedication to her profession, Susan is a MCIPS Chartered Member and is the perfect fit for planning and executing long-term solutions to increase efficiency and reduce overall costs for JET PRESS. 

Susan will be working with our suppliers to build relationships that lead to performance-based low-cost solutions whilst rationalising the supply base where possible and/or if necessary. Her team is key to the department's success and will work closely with them to ensure she has a high-performing team to deliver the vision and goals of the business.

Fun Fact: Susan is a kickboxer and will take her purple belt soon. Outside of work, she likes to watch films, read books and spend time with her two-year-old Grandson

Ash Cliffen - Sales Manager

Ash is joining the JET PRESS team as our new Sales Manager. With a background in sales and commercial management within the utilities and polyethylene manufacturing industry, Ash brings a wealth of experience to his role.

His unique combination of technical understanding and sales expertise sets Ash apart. His deep understanding of commercial management and sales operations across various sectors will prove invaluable as he joins the sales team.

In his new position, Ash will be entrusted with driving revenue growth and cultivating strong customer relationships. On a personal note, Ash is not only a dedicated professional but also an avid cross-fitter. Growing up in the Middle East has given him a multicultural perspective and he is fluent in Arabic.

We are confident that Ash's addition to our team will bring fresh perspectives and contribute significantly to our continued success.

Alex Jones - Hubspot Marketing Lead

Alex initially joined us as a marketing intern and impressed us with his exceptional skills in marketing and Hubspot. We're thrilled to welcome him back, this time in a permanent role as Hubspot Marketing Lead.

Alex has recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in International Business. His friendly demeanour and problem-solving abilities make him an invaluable asset, he will be instrumental in optimising our customer engagement strategies through HubSpot and internal marketing strategies. 

Fun Fact: Alex has recently come back from 3 months backpacking in Thailand and Guatemala, where he climbed volcanoes and went scuba diving with sharks!

We are incredibly excited to have Susan, Ash and Alex join the JET PRESS family. Their skills and enthusiasm make them fantastic additions to our team and we can't wait to see the great work they will undoubtedly produce.
