JET PRESS Announces Andrew Waddell as Board Advisor
JET PRESS has appointed Andrew Waddell as a Board Advisor to support the next phase of the company's strategic development.
The appointment comes at an active period for the business. JET PRESS has recently completed a significant investment programme to integrate its sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service systems, reflecting an ongoing commitment to investing across its operations, supply chain, and the service it offers customers and partners.
Andrew brings a combination of senior commercial leadership and coaching experience to the role. A former Chief Operating Officer in the advertising sector, he now runs his own Leadership and Team coaching practice. Andrew is already familiar with the business, having worked closely with Chairman Olly Guest and Managing Director Richard Johnson over recent years, and his appointment formalises an established and productive relationship.
Working alongside the Board and Leadership Team, Andrew will contribute to strategic planning, organisational development, and the wider priorities shaping the next chapter of the business.
