JET PRESS IS THE SOLUTION Added 17.05.23 ![made-in-Britain-logo](https://news.jetpress.com/hs-fs/hubfs/made-in-Britain-logo.jpg?width=184&height=227&name=made-in-Britain-logo.jpg)     Reshoring to the UK is a trend that has been gaining momentum in recent years and for good reason. With the increasing focus on sustainability, reliability, and speed, having a local supplier with large stock-holding and local manufacturing capabilities can provide significant benefits to customers. ## **Benefits of Reshoring** One of the main advantages of having a supplier with a large local stock-holding is the ability to provide quick and reliable delivery times. With a local supplier, customers can avoid lengthy lead times and potential delays that can occur when working with overseas suppliers. A supplier with a large stock-holding also ensures that customers can quickly access the products they need, without having to wait for backorders or production runs. Another key benefit of having a supplier with local manufacturing capabilities is the ability to customise products to meet specific requirements. With local manufacturing, customers can work closely with their suppliers to develop bespoke products that are tailored to their exact needs. This not only provides customers with greater flexibility but also ensures that the products they receive are of the highest quality. In addition to these benefits, there are also environmental and economic advantages to reshoring to the UK. By sourcing products locally, customers can significantly reduce their carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable supply chain. This is particularly important for businesses that are looking to reduce their impact on the environment and improve their corporate social responsibility. Reshoring can also have a positive impact on the UK economy, by creating jobs and supporting local businesses.   ## About JET PRESS JET PRESS is a leading supplier and manufacturer of fasteners, industrial components and bespoke solutions.
