Celebrating Nikki’s 25 Years of Dedication

Today, we are celebrating a significant milestone at JET PRESS, our colleague Nikki has worked with us for 25 years! 

Nikki joined JET PRESS in 1998 as our Receptionist and in 2001 moved into Customer Services. Nikki plays an essential role in Customer Service, demonstrating remarkable versatility and adaptability. Whether it’s managing key accounts, working on process improvements, or mentoring new team members, Nikki's enthusiasm and professionalism always shine through.

Nikki's commitment to providing excellent customer service, coupled with her insightful understanding of our products and the needs of our customers, has consistently helped us deliver value and build long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Nikki’s Spare Time

Away from work, Nikki enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoys taking her dog on long walks and looking after her friends’ dogs whilst they go on holiday.

For the last 10 months, Nikki has hosted a Ukrainian family which has given them both the opportunity to learn about each other’s traditions, language, cuisine and culture.
